Synopsis:

"The Yin-Yang Eyes" revolves around the story of two girls with identical faces but completely opposite personalities. One is Dr. Hong, a kind-hearted doctor with a pure soul and a compassionate heart, while the other is Nhat Linh, a notorious figure in the powerful Scorpion gang.

The story begins with memories from 23 years ago. The Black Wind gang leader kidnapped one of Colonel Hai Thanh's twin daughters to force him to stop his investigation into their gang. However, his plan failed; the police raided his hideout. His two sons were killed by gunfire, and the Black Wind leader fled the country with the girl, harboring a vengeful ambition. Colonel Hai Thanh was severely wounded. Before his death, he entrusted his son, Luc, with the task of finding his kidnapped daughter.

Twenty-three years later, Hong, Hai Thanh's daughter, has become a surgeon, while Luc is now a police major. Even more bizarrely, Hong, who was thought to have lost her sight in an accident, suddenly recovers and possesses the ability to see into the future. Meanwhile, Nhat Linh, the girl named Siam who was kidnapped years ago, is brought back to Vietnam by the White Tiger gang leader and becomes the head of the Scorpion gang.

What will become of these two girls, and what are their true identities? All will be revealed throughout the 36 episodes.
