Torrential rains battered parts of Oahu, Hawaii, Monday after a wet weekend, inundating several roads, flooding vehicles and triggering landslides on major thoroughfares.

Video taken by several residents shows motorists navigating their cars through flood waters covering Kamehameha Highway in Waikane on Monday morning.

The downpour is expected to last over the next several hours. Additional flooding impacts are expected.
