Heavy rain that has poured down on Bekasi, West Java, since Monday night, March 3, 2025, until today has caused flooding in various areas. The Bekasi City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) reported that there were around 20 flood points spread across the area.

In addition, overflowing rivers also worsened the situation, causing the water level to reach more than two meters in several areas. Floods hit the borders of Pondok Gede Permai (PGP), Jatiasih, and Villa Nusa Indah 2 in the Bojongkulur area, Gunung Putri, Bogor Regency. The overflowing water from the Cikeas River caused the flood level in the Villa Jatirasa Housing Complex in Jatiasih to reach two meters, and in some cases even touched the roofs of residents' houses.
