Continuous heavy rain since last night has hit many areas in the province of Kelantan, Malaysia. Due to the incessant rain, many cities have experienced quite severe flooding. The affected districts are Pasir Puteh, Jeli, Pasir Mas, Kuala Krai, Bachok, Tanah Merah, Kota Bharu and Machang.

The incessant rain has also resulted in three rivers in Kelantan being recorded above the danger level, another river above the warning mark, and two more rivers above the alert level.
