Friday morning, residents of the Gusarskaya Ballada residential complex in Odintsovo began with efforts to evacuate their car. Heavy rains, the peak of which occurred precisely in the North-West of Moscow and the region, caused flooding again. The water level on Triumfalnaya and Gvardeyskaya streets rose above 30 cm.

The picture was terrifying, dozens of cars were submerged in water up to their hoods. The one parked next to the cottage on Gvardeiskaya was badly flooded.
