Now Shanghai, China is sinking again! Typhoon Pulasan causes worst flooding

Typhoon Pulasan made landfall in Shanghai at around 9 pm on September 19, bringing showers and short-term thunderstorms to many areas of Shanghai, causing flooding in many streets in the city.

For the first time, two typhoons made landfall within three days. There were heavy rains in Pudong, Fengxian, Jinshan, Qingpu and eastern Chongming, and many areas in the city were flooded.
