Several roads in Davao City were flooded due to heavy rains. The long stretch of Roxas Avenue in Davao City was flooded due to heavy rains on Sunday night, May 25, 2025. Until now, the rain, which started at 6:50 pm, has continued.

In the Tibungco area, Davao City, the flood inundated the road almost 50cm high. Cars were seen forced to wade through the floodwaters and some of them broke down. The continuous rain increased the water discharge and made residents worried.
