Today (26 July 2025) water from the Yom River overflowed its banks and flooded Village 1, Pak Kwae, Mueang Sukhothai District and the community of Wat Khuhasuwan, Thani Subdistrict, Mueang District, Sukhothai Province at approximately 5:00 a.m. The Yom River bank broke, causing a huge amount of water to overflow.

The volume of water flowing through was 1.042 cubic meters per second and the water level was 7.45 meters. Small vehicles could not pass through because the road was flooded 80 centimeters high. They had to use the bypass road instead.
