From July 2 to 3, heavy rain hit many places in Longnan City, Gansu Province. The water level of the Yanzi River in Kang County, Longnan City rose rapidly, and the flood exceeded the warning level. Some vehicles were swept away by the flood in the Yanzi River, and some roads along the river were flooded.
