Emergency in UAE again! Unstoppable water invades the city, flash floods in Fujairah

Heavy rain, and large hail hit residential areas in the UAE Monday, February 12, with winter storm conditions expected to continue until 18:00.

Parts of Fujairah were covered in white layers of hail even before dawn with driving conditions dangerous in the emirate as well as Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah due to flash floods.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued red and yellow alerts, warning of continued wet weather caused by an upper air depression combined with a cold air mass across the country.
