Now Malaysia is destroyed! Super storm blows roofs off houses in Chukai, Terengganu

The town of Chukai and around was hit by storms and hail that caused many trees to fall and destroyed public infrastructure. A severe thunderstorm with hailstones damaged 244 houses in within a 3km radius of Bandar Chukai, Kemaman on Wednesday (October 23).

The storm at about 4pm this afternoon lasted 10 to 15 minutes between Jalan Dato' and Jalan Kubang Kurus. The storm and hailstorm affected an area of about 3 kilometers radius from Chukai town center here. The storm affected an area of Bandar Cukai with Al Falah Religious High School being the worst affected school.
