Parts of Albay, Leyte and Sorsogon have been submerged in floods due to continuous rains. Several families have been evacuated due to the ongoing threat of rain. Continuous rains brought by the shear line caused flooding in several roads and highways in Albay and Sorsogon.

In Legazpi City, roads in the capital area were affected by floods, making travel difficult, especially for small vehicles. Mud-colored floodwater was seen rushing down along the roads in the town of Bacacay, based on photos shared by Albay Second District Representative Joey Salceda.
