Philippines is totally destroyed! Super Typhoon Nika destroys buildings in Isabela

Typhoon Nika, known internationally as Toraji, is strengthening into a typhoon as it approaches the boundary between Isabela and Aurora, prompting the issuance of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4 over parts of Luzon, the state weather bureau said Monday morning.

Typhoon Nika is now packing maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near its center, with gusts of up to 180 km/h. PAGASA reported that Typhoon Nika was making landfall over Isabela or northern Aurora this morning. The storm will then cross landmass of Luzon throughout Monday and is expected to emerge in waters west of Ilocos Sur on Monday night.
