After Typhoon Krathon subsided, low pressure continued to affect the north coast. Rainfall in Jinshan District, New Taipei City, including Tamsui, Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, Wanli, exceeded 105 millimeters, and the Disaster Response Center mechanism was activated.

The rainwater on Jinshan Old Street even reached the height of an adult's thigh. Unexpectedly, the heavy rain that hit caused an unprecedented flood. According to the Jinshan Police Haozan fan page, 11 roads are currently closed, and 6 bus routes have also been affected by the flood.
