Vietnam destroyed in 2 minutes! Typhoon Bualoi hits Ha Tinh, chaos everywhere

Typhoon Bualoi made landfall in Ha Tinh, a province in north-central Vietnam, at midnight on Sunday (September 28). The typhoon has caused the evacuation of approximately 28,000 people in Vietnam. Bualoi is expected to make landfall near Ky Anh district and approach Ha Tinh City early Monday (September 29). The Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) said Bualoi was moving northwest at 22 km/h (12 knots).

The typhoon is packing waves with a maximum significant height of 10.7 meters (35 feet). The JTWC predicts Bualoi will continue moving northwest. Within 12 hours, Bualoi is expected to weaken to 95 km/h (50 knots) due to friction and land interaction.
