100,000 people evacuated in China! Water level 5 meters, flash floods in Guizhou

A severe flood has struck Rongjiang County in Guizhou Province, China, causing widespread destruction and displacement. The flood, described as a once-in-30-years event, occurred on June 24, with the water level in the county's rivers rising rapidly and exceeding the warning level.

As of 10:30 am on June 24, approximately 50,000 people had been relocated, with 29,360 people relocated through the efforts of party members and officials, and around 20,000 people self-evacuating. In addition, a highway bridge in Guizhou Province also collapsed on Tuesday morning due to a landslide triggered by continuous heavy rainfall.
