Philippines underwater today! Raging flash floods wiped out everything in Metro Manila

Several parts of Metro Manila were flooded due to heavy rains from the southwest monsoon. Flooding was reported in Valenzuela, Manila, causing traffic snarls and inconvenience to pedestrians from Monday to Tuesday. Despite prior preparations by the local government, the flooding worsened due to the ongoing rains.

Video footage showed the floodwaters reaching chest-deep, with several vehicles also stranded and immobilized. The Manila City government said it continues to monitor the affected areas and urges the public to cooperate with safety measures and proper waste disposal to help prevent future flooding.
