Typhoon Gaemi creates massive flooding in Taiwan! Cars and people floating in the water

Typhoon Gaemi hit Taiwan, heavy rain hit Kaohsiung, and flooding was reported everywhere. After heavy rain hit all night, the entire urban area of Kaohsiung was almost completely submerged in water.

The rain caused flooding in many areas of Kaohsiung, including Renwu, Gushan, Fengshan District, Qianjin District and Dajiu Community.

The rainfall exceeded 100 millimeters in many areas, with the highest rainfall of 125.5 millimeters in Maolin District, causing flooding in some areas such as Tianliao and Gangshan.
